This article by the Daily Mail explains that many refugees are fleeing from their homelands to the EU and many of the children are arriving unaccompanied by adults. The chaos in these parts of Europe and creating an easy environment for human traffickers to kidnap child refugees. The Daily Mail says that criminal gangs go where the opportunity is high and the risk and low, and stated earlier the chaos in these areas are increasing the opportunity for human traffickers.
